Upon calling Time Warner Cable to have his digital cable box replaced by an HDTV box, he was told the charge would be $30 for the short drive. Instead he decided to pick it up and was STILL charged $10 for a 2 minute process. The rate for exchanging the box at the price in that time: $300 per hour.
